Thai Yoga Massage is a unique healing system in which the practioner guides you through series of yoga postures using gravity, conscious breathing, directed touch, rhythmic motion and deep stretches. Palming and specific thumb pressure is used along the body's sen or energy lines and pressure points to relieve muscular and emotional tension. This comprehensive full body treatment releases blocked energy and frees the body's own natural healing potential, thus restoring balance, health and harmony. The body is left feeling energetically, while the clients mind is calm and focused.
 
Thai Yoga Massage is performed on a mat on the floor, allowing for maximum effective use of the practitioners balanced body weight, rather than mere muscular force. The client is wearing loose, comfortable clothing and the work is done through the clothes without the use of oils.
